Yep, she made friends with his son up at Crescent Head who asked for a few tips since she looked like she knew what he was doing. One thing led to another, they exchanged boards and before she knew it she was showing Chief jnr how to do it! She was riding Chief's plank!
And as these things happen, its very hard to organise a photo when you are riding Chief's big one.
So I have organised it for her. This is what I think it looked like (click it!):

Ahh, love it, if only we COULD MSU with the swell, I'm hoping tomorrow AM the southerly that's been blowing today may bring some waves to the reef..... one can only MSU!! Will Surfermum be available????
